ENTERTAINMENT - JENNY JORDAN FROGLEY

Jenny has opened for Ray Charles, filled-in for Aretha Franklin and Gladys Knight, and had recorded on more than 100 albums. Now, after years of laying down her vocal finesse on albums for other musicians, Jenny Jordan Frogley has given her voice a face.

"I realized early on that music was going to be my "thing", Jenny says. "It all seemed very natural to me. I enjoyed practicing even at a young age and spent hours on the piano eveyday singing and playing, making up songs and learning new cord progressions. And then, as I attended college I realized I wanted to record more than anything."

Ever the engaging performer, Jenny has wowed stadiums and arenas with her sugar and spice voice that is just as at ease in the realms of classical music as it is pouring on the pop.

The 2008 “UMA Business Executive of the Year will be presented. In 1969, the Utah Manufacturers Association Board of Directors established an annual commendation to honor business executives for their outstanding contribution to the economy of Utah, by furnishing employment, leadership in the community, and fidelity to the free enterprise system.
