Accountable Organization

This course is designed to teach businesses how to create an accountable, organizational structure. Learn how to use effective performance driven job descriptions, have regular employee reviews, establish effective employee meetings, leverage compensation to increase performance, and establish effective policies and procedures to reduce owner involvement in non-critical decisions. Business owners will learn how to get the most out of employees from hiring and training to compensation. This workshop has a strong focus on developing organizational leadership and vision.
