2008 Pathfinder Award - Dr. Pratap Khanwilkar

(Utah Pulse) Dr. Pratap Khanwilkar, Vice President of Rotary Systems & Business Development for Worldheart, Inc., is the recipient of the 2008 Pathfinder Award from the Sorensen Inventor Showcase and Mountain West Capitol Network.

The award recognizes university-based inventors who have developed original technologies and ideas that have changed the world. Khanwilkar pioneered a system that is revolutionizing cardiac left ventricular assist devices.
