Mosaic Sales Solutions Selects HireVue to Help with Remote Hiring

Mosaic’s business model requires a great deal of hiring in some remote locations. Face-to-face interviews were proving too costly and time-consuming, especially for clients who needed fast turnaround and high volumes. Mosaic learned of HireVue through HireVue’s strategic partnership with Taleo. The company plans to use HireVue to screen candidates remotely using HireVue’s Live 2-way Video Interviews to meet with candidates face-to-face over the Internet. Since interviews are recorded, Mosaic’s HR department and hiring managers can compare and contrast candidates afterward to make smarter and faster hiring decisions. HireVue provides webcams, a unique branded interview portal, and technical support to candidates and users.
