Solutionreach announced that Brett Jarvis will join its leadership team as the senior vice president of customer success.

This new addition highlights the growing company’s commitment to customer experience and satisfaction.

Since its founding in 2000, Solutionreach has pioneered the industry’s leading PRM platform. Currently, Solutionreach supports more than 100,000 healthcare professionals at approximately 25,000 practices. The company’s PRM technology reaches 80 million patients nationwide.

In his role as senior vice president of customer success, Jarvis will pull from 15 years of experience helping companies reduce customer churn, increase revenue, and drive improved customer engagement. He comes to Solutionreach following a role as the Global Head of Customer Success at LinkedIn where he led a team of 350 employees. Jarvis also held customer success executive positions at Salesforce.com and Oracle.
