Method Communications announced Heather England, a partner at the agency, has been promoted to the newly created position of chief operating officer.
England will oversee operations across the agency from the San Francisco office, with a focus on agency growth and strategy and strengthening the core leadership team as the agency enters its next phase.

Formerly the executive vice president of human resources and operations at The OutCast Agency, England joined Method in July 2014 as senior vice president of operations. She has played an instrumental role in the agency's meteoric rise and national recognition, including being named North America Technology Agency of the Year by The Holmes Report in 2016.

Joining shortly after Method established its fledgling San Francisco office, England was pivotal in acquiring larger office space in the heart of downtown San Francisco and attracting top Bay Area talent across all levels, recording over 80 percent staff growth in the last three years. Her growth strategy and operations expertise helped Method scale its business and support an expanding client portfolio.
England works across Method's PR and integrated services teams to improve overall business performance on all fronts; including building out new services and capabilities, process improvement, business development, budgeting, planning, profitability, agency brand, internal communications, employee and agency development, leadership and client relations.
