RizePoint announced that Michelle Suzuki, Vice President of Marketing at RizePoint, has been named Marketer of the Year by the Utah Chapter of the American Marketing Association, an honor recognizing exceptional marketers for bold and innovative contributions to Utah's business community.

"Michelle's ideas and skills are positioning RizePoint as the industry leader for compliance software," said Frank Maylett, President and CEO of RizePoint. "She continues to overachieve in her leadership role – she led the successful rebrand from Steton Technology Group to RizePoint, she increased marketing leads by 300% year over year, and she overhauled RizePoint's user conference."

Suzuki's one-year anniversary with RizePoint coincided with the wildly successful and revitalized user conference, Engage.  Under Suzuki's leadership, she brought a Utah-based user conference to Las Vegas, added a two-track boot camp, and increased attendance by 133%.

"It is a real honor to be recognized among other top marketers and marketing programs in Utah," said Suzuki.

A 22-year veteran of technology marketing, Suzuki has led worldwide marketing initiatives at renowned tech companies including EMC, Novell, and Ancestry.com. She joined RizePoint from LANDESK Software, where she was Director of Global Marketing. There, she led global demand generation, web development, corporate branding, and creative services teams. Suzuki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Brigham Young University.
