The Utah Valley Parade of Homes wrapped up its most successful run in history last weekend with more than 25,000 attendees touring 40 brand new, custom-built homes in Utah Valley.

“Looking back on this incredible success, we feel so grateful for the hard work of our home builders, designers, sponsors and everyone who came together to work on the Parade,” said Utah Valley Home Builders Association (UVHBA) Executive Officer Steve Caldwell. “It’s an honor to work with these people on such a great event.

Each homebuilder generated several leads per home, reflecting the beneficial economic impact the Parade has in its community. This year’s event also brought in more revenue for the UVHBA than ever before, meaning more donation funds for local scholarship programs, community service projects and other charitable contributions.

During the Parade, homes are peer-reviewed and Judges Choice awards are presented in seven different categories. Top winners in each of the seven categories were Arive Homes, Millhaven Homes, Summit Construction, Maple Shade Construction, E Builders, Ezra Lee Design and McEwan Custom Homes.

“As they always do, our homebuilders really went above and beyond, crafting pristine quality that can be seen in each and every one of this year’s homes,” Caldwell said. “Attendees have been in awe of the level of craftsmanship and detail that has been featured this year.”

The 40 homes ranged in price from $230,000 to more than $3 million, giving attendees the chance for practical planning while also admiring many luxurious amenities.

Plans are already in motion for next year’s Parade which will begin in early June of 2017.
