Trigger Reital, Market Leader of the Cushman & Wakefield Commerce Salt Lake City office, has achieved the SIOR Office designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS.
Reital joins the ranks of only 27 other SIOR designees in Utah and is the sixth at Cushman & Wakefield Commerce. Individuals who earn the SIOR designation adhere to the highest levels of accountability and ethical standards. Only the industry’s top professionals qualify for the SIOR. Today there are more than 3,000 SIOR members in 630 cities in 34 countries.
“Achieving the SIOR designation is a significant accomplishment for a commercial real estate professional,” said Jeff Eaton, President of Cushman & Wakefield Commerce. “We commend Trigger for his dedication, example and continued success as the market leader in Salt Lake City.”
In his capacity as market leader in Utah, Reital collaboratively works with all Cushman & Wakefield Commerce market leaders, property services, and service lines to grow market share for both investors and occupiers in Utah. Reital also directs business development, recruiting, key client relationships and supports all business lines in the state.
To achieve the SIOR designation, Reital completed at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of office real estate; met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and requires designees to complete its ethics course within their first three years of membership.
