Utah’s largest, privately owned industrial development company has expanded its executive team, naming Angela Eldredge as Price Real Estate’s Vice President of Operations.

Eldredge will oversee management of day-to-day workings of the company, as well as long-term growth, development, and community relations.

Eldredge joined Price Real Estate in its first year of operation in 2003, and is a continual thread in the company’s advancement as a leader in the Mountain West’s commercial real estate industry. Her portfolio includes several positions within the company, most recently as the Director of Business Development and Leasing. Last year alone, Eldredge was involved in the negotiation and execution of 30 lease agreements for about 850,000 square feet of space.

“There is a powerful role for women in our industry and I am honored to be a part of that movement,” Eldredge said. “The mentorship opportunities I’ve been involved with have many times ended with me taking away more inspiration and knowledge from the next generation than I may have left behind for them. It makes me excited for the future.”

Community involvement is a priority fostered at Price Real Estate, and one Eldredge takes to heart. She is currently President-elect of the Utah chapter of NAIOP and an active member of CREW UTAH, which is committed to advancing the achievements of women in commercial real estate.

Price Real Estate owns, develops, and manages more than 3 million square feet of industrial distribution and manufacturing commercial real estate in five states. The Price portfolio includes more than 100 businesses in economic clusters including the life sciences, transportation, aerospace and defense, research and development, logistics, and e-commerce sectors.

“If you want to be the best in class, you have to surround yourself with the best in class,” said Steve Price, Founder and CEO of Price Real Estate. “I’m so proud to have an expert team dedicated to our community and to our clients.”
