Ivanti announced it has been named one of this year's "Top Ten Support Websites" by The Association of Support Professionals (ASP), which recognizes companies who provide a great online self-service experience to their customers.
This year marks the third consecutive time the company has been included on the list, having previously won under the LANDESK brand.
Ivanti was honored in the medium-sized company division, which includes companies with revenues between $100 million to $1 billion. This recognition continues the company's momentum and rapid growth following its rebranding as Ivanti in early 2017.

The top ten winners were selected by a panel composed of 90 judges with aptitude and competence in web support design and implementation. The judges evaluated candidates for the award using a scoring system based on 25 performance criteria. The decision process included overall usability, search implementation, interactive features, community engagement and site development strategy, to name a few.
