StorageCraft announced it won the Data Protection Software category of the CRN® 2017 Annual Report Card awards.
The Annual Report Card summarizes results from a comprehensive survey measuring solution provider satisfaction across product innovation, support and partnership for the hardware, services and software vendors they team up with.
StorageCraft swept the category, meaning it received the highest marks in each of the three criteria used to determine the category winner: partnership, product innovation, and support. It is possible for a vendor to win the category without winning on all three criteria. StorageCraft not only took the overall category, but also won all three subcategories.
The vendors with the highest ratings are named to the prestigious Annual Report Card list of winners and celebrated as best-in-class by their partners. The results also provide the IT vendor community with valuable feedback—directly from their solution providers—that can be used to refine product offerings, enhance support offerings and improve communication with partners.
"We feel especially honored by, and grateful to, our outstanding partner community," said Matt Medeiros, chairman and CEO of StorageCraft. "Winning the Data Protection Software category is an amazing achievement on its own. To sweep the category—wow. The results underscore the loyalty and dedication of our partners, the dedication of our employees who go above and beyond for them, and last but not least, our continued power to innovate the industry with unique solutions to address pressing business needs."
StorageCraft equips its vast network of channel partners with innovative solutions that solve their clients' data management and data protection problems. StorageCraft solutions include flexible and reliable on- and off-prem recovery options, an industry-leading file and folder backup application with smart file analysis, infinite scale-out storage solutions, and cloud backup for hosted data (Microsoft Office 365 and G Suite by Google)—with more game-changing solutions on the horizon.
Last year, StorageCraft unveiled a new partner program and a revamped Partner Portal. The program provides profit-margin benefits and deal registration that reward productive channel partners, a redesigned training and certification curriculum to help partners stay current on our new solutions, and more. StorageCraft understands that in order to be successful, its partners must be successful.
This year's group of honorees was selected from the results of an in-depth, invitation-only survey by The Channel Company's research team. More than 3,200 solution providers were asked to evaluate their satisfaction with more than 60 vendor partners in 22 major product categories. The winners will be honored throughout The Channel Company's XChange 2017 conference (http://www.thechannelco.com/
"An ARC Award is a truly meaningful honor, representing direct affirmation from channel partners of the quality and ingenuity of a vendor's product, support and partnership," said Robert Faletra, CEO of The Channel Company." CRN's Annual Report Card project gives solution providers an opportunity to provide their unique perspective on vendors' offerings and partner programs, and in turn gives technology suppliers valuable, actionable feedback. I extend my sincerest congratulations to each of this year's ARC Award winners—we look forward to celebrating them at this year's XChange Conference in August."
