HireVue announced the appointment of Kimberly Simms as senior vice president, customer success.
Leading HireVue's global customer success team, Simms is already at work ensuring that the company's growing roster of more than 600 companies worldwide -- from Unilever and Vodafone to Dr. Pepper and Goldman Sachs -- are leveraging HireVue's video intelligence solutions to their fullest potential.

Simms brings a wealth of customer experience to HireVue, most recently serving as Vice President at Anaplan, where she led a large team spearheading customer success initiatives company-wide. Prior, she was with IBM, where she supported and led the delivery of IBM's analytics solutions, while driving product adoption and delivery success amongst new customers. Simms has been recognized for executing outstanding client satisfaction by both her clients and her peers in the industry. She launched her career with Accenture and holds a Bachelor's degree in Atmospheric Science with an emphasis in Mathematics from the University of Kansas.
