HireVue announced the appointment of Kimberly Simms as senior vice president, customer success.

Leading HireVue's global customer success team, Simms is already at work ensuring that the company's growing roster of more than 600 companies worldwide -- from Unilever and Vodafone to Dr. Pepper and Goldman Sachs -- are leveraging HireVue's video intelligence solutions to their fullest potential.

"HireVue is helping our customers reimagine their hiring processes, not just with our Video Intelligence solution but also our deep knowledge of best practices in recruiting and change management. Kimberly will lead HireVue's mission to scale our industry-leading customer adoption and support programs as we continue to grow beyond our recently-achieved 5 million interview mark," shared Kevin Parker, CEO and Chairman, HireVue. "Kimberly embodies our commitment to work side-by-side with our global customers, not as a vendor, but as a partner that empowers companies to hire top talent faster than previously possible, all while improving their candidate experience."

Simms brings a wealth of customer experience to HireVue, most recently serving as Vice President at Anaplan, where she led a large team spearheading customer success initiatives company-wide. Prior, she was with IBM, where she supported and led the delivery of IBM's analytics solutions, while driving product adoption and delivery success amongst new customers. Simms has been recognized for executing outstanding client satisfaction by both her clients and her peers in the industry. She launched her career with Accenture and holds a Bachelor's degree in Atmospheric Science with an emphasis in Mathematics from the University of Kansas.

"Customer success is defined by deep knowledge of our space and our solutions, but even more so by a profound understanding of the challenges and objectives of our customers today," commented Simms. "HireVue's customer results are unparalleled in our category, and our team is relentless about our customer's experience, adoption and success as the company's solutions -- and reach -- grow around the globe."
