Commercial real estate company Newmark Grubb ACRES is pleased to announce that Randy Owen has joined the team as Managing Director of their Global Corporate Services division.
With over 30 years in commercial real estate, Owen brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the areas of property management and corporate real estate facility solutions.
Owen holds a BA in finance from the University of Utah and has also holds the professional CPM designation from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), serving as the 1995 Utah chapter president where he led the chapter to win the National Chapter of the Year award. Throughout his prominent career, Owen has been awarded several recognitions including National Property Manager of the year award from both JLL in 1997 and Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2008. He served on the National Advisory Board of Coldwell Banker Commercial from 2009-2011 and was highlighted in Facilities Magazine for Influential People in Commercial Real Estate in 2011.
Owen’s work history includes stints in both Charlotte, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia, but his comprehensive career is not limited to the United States. He also has extensive
international experience throughout South America with positions that encompassed Executive Director responsibilities in the successful growth of the South America office of JLL in Brazil as well as negotiating several new corporate services assignments. These included the HSBC Bank portfolio throughout Argentina and the entire CITIBANK portfolio in six countries of South America.
