Newmark Grubb ACRES is pleased to announce that Senior Property Manager Lance Studebaker has joined the Asset Services team.
Studebaker brings with him over 10 years of experience in commercial property management and third party management. With roots in Reno, Nevada, Studebaker has been practicing in Utah since 1999.
With a diverse industry background, Studebaker has worked on jobs ranging from managing a mental health portfolio where he not only had to keep costs low but also demonstrate a sensitivity for patients to managing mixed portfolios of up to 1.6 million square feet. No matter the project, Studebaker’s main focus always remains on his clients and tenants and the development of initiatives that will help maximize the budget of each building.
“I am beyond excited to join the Newmark Grubb Asset Services team,” said Studebaker. “I look forward to learning from the best in the industry and to do my part in helping grow the Asset Management portfolio in Salt Lake and Utah County.”
