Newmark Grubb ACRES is pleased to announce the sale of two buildings in Decker Lake Industrial Park from First Industrial to a national real estate investor.
Located at 2064 and 2100 W Alexander Street, these multi-tenant buildings total 98,000 SF and are fully occupied.
Executive Vice President Bryce Blanchard and Senior Vice President Lucas Burbank represented the seller, First Industrial, in this transaction. NGA Vice President Greg Ratliff represented the buyer, a nationwide investor with multiple multifamily properties in Salt Lake City; the Alexander properties are their first local flex acquisitions.
