Newmark Grubb ACRES is pleased to announce a lease of 12,183 SF in the Wells Fargo Center to BDO USA, LLP, one of the nation’s leading accounting and advisory organizations.

The Center is located at 299 S Main Street in Salt Lake City, Utah and is a Class A, 24-story office building. It is the largest office tower in the downtown district.
