Ben is an industrial agent and development specialist, focusing on leasing existing industrial spaces and assisting in the sales of land for future development. He led the acquisition of 65 acres which will be the site of a mixed-use development with over 300,000 SF of Class A office and industrial space. He has advised WI Commercial Properties in the development of over 450,000 SF of pre-leased industrial space and over 150,000 SF of office. Of this impressive square footage Ben’s transactions have included several headquarter leases including deals for Jive Communications, Global Payment Solutions and the regional headquarters for Sykes Communications.
Ben began his career in real estate at Coldwell Banker in 2005, where he specialized in developing residential subdivisions. He transitioned to commercial real estate when he moved to CBC in 2013. Ben attended the University of Utah.

Ben’s proven track record includes dozens of deals with WICP, a group that develops, owns and manages over 1.2 million SF in Florida and Utah. Founded in 1994, WICP has active ownership and a hands-on approach. Ben has assisted WICP in the development and leasing of over 55 acres in Utah County.
