Newmark Grubb ACRES is pleased to announce the sale of the Vantage Point office building.
The 48,000 SF building is located at 1935 E Vine Street in Murray, Utah, and sold at a 7.5% cap rate for $6,750,000 or $141.00 per square foot.
The NGA Office Specialist Team of Collin Perkins, Casey Mills and Derek Sawaya represented the buyer, Vantage Plaza, LLC, in this transaction. They will continue to represent the new owner in leasing the building.
The new owner, Vantage Plaza, LLC, plans to upgrade the building and move several of their various companies into it. The building will also be rebranded as Vantage Plaza and will be headquarters for a new venture seed fund and co-working space founded by the new owner.
Vantage Plaza enjoys excellent occupancy due to its prime location on Van Winkle Expressway within minutes of I-215.
