NGA Executive Vice President Chris Falk, CCIM, SIOR and NGA Senior Associate Braxton Willie represented the landlord, Barton Creek Partners, in this transaction while Hillcrest Bank was represented by Alexis Martinez at Rubicon Representation out of Dallas, Texas.
