After 14 years, Michael Jackson aka the King of Pop given his first interview to nonother than Oprah Winfrey aka Queen of All Media where MJ talked about nothing but the health issues, unsettled relationship with his family, especially with his father who was harsh on him when he was a child, and a sweet friendship with Elizabeth Taylor and other many things.

Oprah Back in 2009 recalls, “When I interviewed him in 1993 he was considered the greatest entertainer in the world.”

“For 14 years the fiercely private singer had refused to give a single interview, all that changed on February 10, 1993, when Michael agreed to sit down with me live from Neverland Ranch” Oprah added. “Michael was the most famous pop star on the planet.”

Oprah Winfrey wrote that she wanted to became MJ’s friend after the interview. “He’s very likable there, and I can tell you I really, really liked him,” she added. “After this interview, I thought I could be his friend, because I felt that he was really honest.” Read More.

When Orpah asked MJ about his relationship with his father? “He was very strict. He was very hard. Just a look would scare you,” Michael said. “There’s been times when he’d come to see me, and I would get sick. I’d start to regurgitate.”
